Also they has studied the HRT/DO, temperature, PH, Backwash cycle time and other influence factors. It shows that under a suitable operating conditions, through two levels of circulating Biological Aerated Filter process, the removal rate of sulfide, volatile phenol, petroleum and COD of the alkaline sewage from rendering plant can reach 98%, 85%, 85% and 75%.We usually use APAM with 2300~2800 million Mol. Weight and 34%~35% DH, the solution rate is between 90~ 120 min, and the effective PH range from 5~14.
